Description of the site and artifacts
Located on a large bedrock ridge, Hodoodzoo consists of a 'slide,' measuring one metre in width and thirty metres in length. Lichens, which cover the surrounding rock, have been rubbed off the section of the hill used for sliding. A second slide was also used at this site. Puppies were slid down the second slide to see if they would grow into good sled dogs. At the bottom of the hill, dried out spruce branches that once served as sleds were discovered.
